PCD series using B/BT unique tips arrangement is more advanced. Two unique arrangement, B and BT, applicable to different cutting scenarios in order to cope with the different extreme situations, both provide the ultimate in cutting. Higher efficiency in cutting, greatly reduce the cutting edge burrs, make it more smooth, suitable for a variety of sheet metal horizontal and vertical cutting.

Special silent line design
184mm fiber cement board blades has a special silence line design and is filled with resin to minimise wobbling and twisting while greatly reducing noise during the cutting process.
High quality surfaces
Because of the PCD processing is more precise, cutting friction coefficient is small, thermal expansion coefficient is low and high thermal conductivity. Very thin chips can be cut, and the chips flow out easily. It can avoid heat from affecting the cutting edge and the workpiece.So the knife edge is not easy to blunted, cutting deformation is small, can get a high quality of the surface.
