About iMPACT+ saw blade

 

 

 

Impact series is equipped with ordinary alloy carbide blade, the body is made of ordinary steel, the conventional and super series is a combination of ATB blade arrangement, which is a more advanced combination of BC, BT, BA5 three unique arrangements are applicable to different cutting scenarios in order to cope with different extreme situations.

It is more efficient in cutting, greatly reduces the edge burrs when cutting and makes it smoother, suitable for horizontal and vertical cutting of all kinds of wood.

The special opening window of the Impact series saw blade can reduce the weight of the body, reduce energy consumption when cutting, and also help to dissipate heat when cutting. (Window can be customised according to customer's requirements).

 

 

 

 

 

Impact Series saw blades are produced by laser processing to ensure the accuracy of the base size, etc.

The welding of the cutter head is unified using fully automated machine welding to ensure the strength and accuracy of the welding.Side of the cutter head, apex and other grinding process precision are strictly controlled within the scope of qualified, the final saw blade in accordance with customer requirements to complete, and in line with the company's quality requirements management, all the data of all the qualified test before the finished product.

It is used for cutting materials such as wood, integrated material, MDF, OSB, plywood, gypsum particle board, fibreboard, Trona direct wave board, bamboo and so on.

Impact series, the laser welding and other simple processes are processed by outsourcing factory, the grinding of the cutter head and other fine processes are processed by our company to ensure its quality.
