About AKUMA series

The surfaces of akuma diamond blades are coated with Teflon, an special industrial coating that has excellent properties unrivalled by other industrial coatings. Teflon coating is widely used because of its excellent resistance to high temperature, corrosion, abrasion, etc. It can effectively adapt to a variety of cutting environments, to protect the substrate from corrosion, oxidation, more beautiful, etc. It can be customized according to the customer to provide samples of the same colour.

 

Saw blades are produced by laser processing to ensure the accuracy of the base size. The welding of the tips is unified by fully automated machine welding to ensure the strength and accuracy of the welding.
