Premium Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) teeth are able to slice through dense fiber cement with ease delivering a 60X lifespan for maximum productivity. An ultra-thin kerf is design to provides a cleaner cuts with 50% less dust produced, while Teflon non-stick blade coating is used to protect the blade against heat, gumming and corrosion. Laser cut vibration slots also creates a more balanced blade for greater durability and cutting efficiency.
Always wear proper protective gear, such as goggles and a dust mask, to protect yourself from any flying debris or harmful dust particles. Regularly clean the blade with a wire brush and lubricating it with a blade lubricant will help preventing any build-up and ensuring a smooth cutting performance.
