The Japanese series of PCD saw blades are equipped with PCD diamond tips made from top-quality domestic raw materials. The saw blade body is also crafted from the best materials available in China. PCD series using B/V unique tip arrangement which is more advanced. Two unique arrangement, B and BT, applicable to different cutting scenarios in order to cope with the different extreme situations, both provide the ultimate in cutting.
This range of PCD saw blades features precise grinds, delivering high-accuracy cuts in all man-made panel materials, including MDF, plywood, melamine, and HPL-coated materials. Nakamura's PCD scoring blades are proven to last up to 75X over traditional carbide blades for the "lowest applied tooling cost" of any scoring blade available on the market today. The PCD series is available in both H4 "Semi Disposable" and H6 "Fully Resharpenable " versions, allowing the user to select based on the material and preferred value position.

Special silence line design

Extremely thin chips are easily cut and flow out effortlessly, preventing heat from affecting the cutting edge and the workpiece. As a result, the blade edge remains sharp, with minimal cutting deformation, ensuring a high-quality surface finish.
