As a consumable cutting tool, circular saw blade has the most direct relationship with the production or budget of the enterprise, we must accurately control each step, such as the amount of carbide saw blade feed or chip distance, can be calculated very clearly, so that we can use the saw blade more reasonably to ensure that no one kind of resources is wasted.

Calculation of feed rate for circular saw blades or carbide saw blades

First, let's look at a set of calculation formulas:

Saw blade feed rate = (sawdust capacity of each tooth / total chip capacity) * 100

The examples are as follows:

Assuming that the amount of sawdust is 2 units and the chip holding capacity is 4 units, it is possible to obtain: the feed rate of each tooth of the circular saw blade is: 2/4*100=50%

Note: The sawdust capacity is calculated as follows: maximum cutting distance * feed per tooth

Note: The feed amount of the cemented carbide circular saw blade refers to: the amount of the saw blade biting into the cut workpiece when sawing the workpiece;

To put it simply, it is the amount of bite into each tooth, for example, a circular saw blade with 60 teeth, in the sawing process, the total amount of bite in each circle is 3.6mm, then each saw tooth should be 0.06mm (3.6 divided by 60);
