Common Minor Problems With Multi-blade Saws

The causes of burning saw blades can be:
1. Poor heat dissipation. It is best to use a saw blade with a heat dissipation hole, or you can add water or other coolant to reduce the temperature.
2. Too many teeth. The more teeth there are, the greater the resistance, and the easier it is to burn the saw blade.
3. Poor excretion. Sawdust is not easy to discharge and will also cause local heat to be too hot, and the equipment must have a good drainage system.
4. Raw materials. Particleboard is inherently very difficult to saw. If the quality of the particleboard is too poor, it is easy to burn the saw blade with too many impurities.

How to solve the problem of bursting when processing plates:
(1) There is a burst on the edge:
1. The main saw blade is too blunt and the serrations are too few
2. The main saw blade is too little higher than the plate
3. The quality of the plate is too poor, and the saw blade will be blunt quickly
4. Replace the saw blade again
5. Raise the main saw blade
6. Choose plates with few impurities and high quality
(2) There is a burst edge (sawn plate):
1. The sub-saw blade is too blunt
2. The width of the sub-saw is not enough and too narrow
3. The center line of the main and auxiliary saw blades does not coincide
4. Replace the saw blade again
5. Change the saw blade or increase the thickness of the saw blade
6. Readjust the left and right positions of the sub-saw

(3) There are traces of burning (on the sawn plate):
1. The alloy saw blade is too blunt, and there are too many serrations on the saw blade
2. The rotation speed is too high or the feeding is too slow
3. Replace the saw blade and choose the appropriate saw blade
4. Select the appropriate rotation speed and feeding speed
(4) During sawing, there is a phenomenon that the workpiece is pushed up by the sub-saw:
1. The sub-saw blade is too blunt
2. The sub-saw blade is raised too high
3. Replace the saw blade
4. Appropriately reduce the height of the sub-saw blade

(5) The middle veneer is bursting:
1. The plate is thick, each piece is slightly bent and uneven, and there are gaps when the top and bottom are stacked together
2. The cylinder pressure of the mechanical pressing material is not enough
3. The surface of the workpiece has stripes (concave and convex) and will also burst the edges
4. Press 2-3 less plates when sawing at work
5. When sawing the plate, the cutting speed should be appropriately slowed down and appropriately recognized
6. Check whether the saw blade is not sharp, and repair and sharpen the edge in time
