In furniture production, perfect machining results and the highest possible feed rates are required for cut-to-length machining. This applies to small batch sizes as well as customized production. For both process specifications, the required quality and time factors are decisive. Especially for different substrates and veneers. Here, time-consuming rework, excessive tool wear and associated time loss make every production an economic challenge.
The solution to such cases is provided by the circular saw blades of the Nakamura Akuma series: these circular saw blades are particularly durable, produce perfect cutting quality in almost all surface-veneered sheet metal processing, and do so consistently at high feed rates and noise reduction of up to 4dB. The Akuam series cut circular saw blade is primarily suitable for sawing single panels or stacks of panels up to 60mm.
Noise reduction is achieved by the vibration damping design of the circular saw blade. The irregular pitches of the laser grooves and serrations generate significantly less vibration during machining. In addition, high-quality cutting materials such as ultra-fine-grained carbides with a particle size of 0.2 to 0.5μm are used. For higher production lines, the Nakamura Super-Akuma series circular saw blade is recommended, as the tool life and cutting speed is significantly higher than that of the basic model.
