Extremely thin chips are easily cut and flow out effortlessly, preventing heat from affecting both the cutting edge and the workpiece. With that the knife edge won't get blunt easily, the cutting deformation is minimal, resulting in a high-quality surface finish.
The Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) tip delivers flawless finishes and an exceptionally long lifespan, delivering over 15X longer lifespan than standard carbide blades when being used in chipboard and laminated MDF.
